STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP TRAINING

A number of practical training courses have been offered inside and outside the university in the following fields : 
 
[07] Personal Strategy 
Personal balance is considered to be one of the most important factors in achieving individual success. This course is said to be the ‘mother of all other courses’ because it discusses all the basic aspects of humanity and how to stabilize them. Therefore, it focuses on the 90 most important objectives in a person life, and how to fulfil and to deal with them. In addition, it identifies the level that the participant has reached. Personal strategy is the ability to lead yourself. Personal leaders determine the life they want and then through planning and action made it happen. 

[06] Strategic Leadership 
Strategic leadership is the ability to lead an organization. A strategic leader is able to define and develop the purpose of an organization, adopt the key strategies needed to create an optimum structure, place the right people in the right roles, and implement the most effective processes for an organization to succeed. 

[05] E-Leadership 
E-leadership represents the basic axis of leadership. It focuses on the role of digital technology in society. E-leadership can be defined as benefiting from digital technology in leading an organization to be the best. That includes using applications that have specific leadership features. Such applications include alteration administration systems, strategy systems, project administration systems and a system for finding solutions for differences. 

[04] Motivational Leadership 
Motivation is considered to be an essential reason to do business and achieve success in all organizations. Also, it leads to success. It is represented here in two forms: interior stimulation and exterior stimulation. The course discusses how to move stimulation inwardly and outwardly after studying the case of every employee and identifying his or her suitable stimulation aspects. 
Motivational leadership is the ability to lead and motivate others. A motivational leader understands that people are the source of all progress and innovation. A motivational leader is able to help people develop and use more of their full potential. 

[03] Communication Leadership 
Everyone agrees that after setting the strategic objectives of an organization, the role of effective communication needs to be given prominence. The employees who are inside, outside and at all levels of an organization need to communicate effectively in order to achieve their desired goals. The course discusses the important role of technology in increasing successful communication productivity through the effective use of technological means that sustain the four following aspects of communication, listening, speaking, reading and writing. 

[02] Time Investment 
Time investment is the ability to manage yourself, manage your time, and manage your priorities in order to operate at maximum effectiveness. This course discusses the applied aspects of managing time and investing time. This is due to their roles in increasing productivity of all employees at all levels inside an organization. The course includes a detailed explanation of more than 12 applied strategies for investing time. It includes a summary of many time management courses given in universities and institutions which specialize in administration development. 

[01] The Last Day 
This course is presented for the first time. It is represented as specifying the required things that need to be done on the last day of a person’s life. The Last Day is considered to be one of the most important and successful courses for anyone. It deals with every important matter in a person’s life. Also, it clarifies the way to leave a life without ambiguity and unresolved matters.
